Exterior Holiday Decorating

Pebble Creek welcomes the joy of the holidays and the beautiful greenery and festive colors indicative of the season.  We have established the following guidelines for homeowners who would like to decorate the exterior of their units:

Tasteful decorating of the outside of your unit is allowed for December holidays. Lights are allowed at this time as long as the bulbs are small, and the display meets the approval of the community and the Board. Decorations must be taken down by January 5.

Other holiday decorations will be limited to wreath or wreath sized decor placed in the unit front porch.

The Board maintains the right to review exterior decorations for appropriateness and appearance, and any homeowner with a display in violation, will be asked to remove it promptly.
